凤凰蓄电池特点：

　　1、电池抗深放电能力强，放电后仍可继续接在负载上，在四星期内充电可恢复原容量。

　　2、由于电池为胶状固体，所以电解质浓度均匀，不存在酸分层现象。

　　3、酸浓度低，对极板腐蚀弱，并采用独特的管式极板，因此电池寿命长。

　　4、电池极板采用无锑合金，电池自放电极低。20°C下存放两年后，还有50%以上的容量，即两年内不需补充电。

　　5、超强的承受深放电及大电流放电能力，具有过充及过放电自我保护性能。

　　6、凝胶电解质，无内部短路。热容量大，热消散能力强，能避免一般蓄电池易产生的热失控现象，因而在高温操作时极为可靠，电池不会产生“干化”现象，工作温度范围宽。

　　7、采用高灵敏低压伞型气阀(德国阳光公司专利)，使蓄电池使用更加安全可靠。

　　8、采用多层耐酸橡胶圈滑动式密封(德国阳光公司专利)，保证了使用寿命后期极柱生长时的密封性能。

凤凰蓄电池的正确使用和维护主要有以下几点:

　　1、 检查凤凰蓄电池在支架上的固定螺栓是否拧紧,安装不牢靠会因行车动而引起壳体损坏。另外不要将金属物放在蓄电池上以防短路。

　　2、时常查看极柱和接线头连接得是否可靠。为防止接线柱氧化可以涂抹凡士林等保护剂。

　　3、不可用直接打火(短路试验)的方法检查蓄电池的电量这样会对蓄电池造成损害。

　　4、普通铅酸蓄电池要注意定期添加蒸馏水。干荷蓄电池在使用之前好适当充电

补充充电：

　　1、如果长时间不使用车辆或充电系统有故障，当蓄电池负载电压低于10V，空载电压低于12.4V必须补充充电;

　　2、采风恒电限流充电方法，多只蓄电池充电必须采用串联连接;

　　3、充电阶段，以蓄电池容量的1/10电流充电，其充电电流为6A。充电至平均每只电池电压达到16A后转为第二阶段充电;

　　4、充电第二阶段，以蓄电池容量x0.045的电流充电，如6-QW-60蓄电池，充电电流为60x0.045=2.7A。充电至平均每只电池电压达到16V后再继续充3-5个小时;

　　5、充电时电解液湿度超过40度时，应采取停止充电，减少电流或物理降温，当湿度达到45度时必须停止充电;

　　6、充电间保证良好通风，不许有明火和易燃物;

凤凰蓄电池自放电防护措施

(1)保持凤凰蓄电池表面清洁干燥,拧紧加液口螺塞,疏通通气孔,防止灰尘等杂质进入凤凰 蓄电池内。经常检查电气系统的绝缘情况,及时排除线路漏电和短接等故障。

(2)保持电解液的高纯正度。

(3)充电时,电流大小应符合规定,电流过大易造成极板活性物质脱落。凤凰 蓄电池安装位置若离热源过近应设隔热措施。

(4)当前不用的新凤凰 蓄电池,不要加注电解液存放。对已加注电解液的闲置待用的凤凰 蓄电池,应定期进行补充充电,否则,会降低其容量,缩短其使用寿命。

(5)冬季不能连续使用启动机。放电达到额定容量的25%的时必须及时充电,并要按技术标准调整发电机调节器的调节电压。

(4) for the new Phoenix battery not used at present, do not add electrolyte for storage. The idle Phoenix battery which has been filled with electrolyte should be recharged regularly, otherwise, its capacity will be reduced and its service life will be shortened.

(5) the starter cannot be used continuously in winter. When the discharge reaches 25% of the rated capacity of Phoenix battery, it must be charged in time, and the regulating voltage of generator regulator shall be adjusted according to the technical standard.
